Notice on Online Dispute Resolution according to Art. 14 Par. 1 of the ODR Regulation

The European Commission provides a platform for the resolution of online disputes concerning consumers: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. As a consumer, you can settle out-of-court disputes arising from online sales and online service contracts.

The Informationszentrum Naturpark Altmühltal BgA (Landratsamt Eichstätt) is not interested in an online dispute resolution.
