Infopoint Limes at the Römer and Bajuwaren Museum Burg Kipfenberg
Right next to the Limes and centrally located amidst sights dating from the Roman Empire, Infopoint Limes at Kipfenberg Castle introduces the visitors to the Romans’ cultural heritage.
Those interested in history will find information on the UNCESCO World Heritage Site Limes and the Roman sights in Altmühltal Nature Park. The heart of the museum is a mock-up of the interior guardroom in a Limes tower including appliances and helmets to try on.
