Fastnachtmuseum Fasenickl (Carnival Museum)

Fasenickl is a legendary carnival figure in the area around Kipfenberg, Kinding, and Enkering.
Clad in elaborate costumes, the Fasenickl with his distinct rituals such as “Schnalzen”, “Faseln” and the distribution of Pretzels and “Guatln” (candy) is one of the central figures of Franconian carnival. In an historical building in Kipfenberg, the association “Die Fasenickl” has set this carnival figure a monument by displaying historical costumes.
